Booking - Online

Academic dress hire for graduation day must be booked a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of Ceremony day. Bookings after this deadline will attract a late booking fee.

Confirmation is immediate for all those who book on line.

Bookings - Via fax or post

Bookings must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of ceremony.

In addition to the Academic Dress hire fee there will be an extra graduation fee of $20 collected by Arc Graduation & Gift Store staff on behalf of UNSW to cover the costs of the reception that is held after your ceremony for you and your guests. This fee is not negotiable and any queries regarding this fee should be directed to the Graduation Office phone number (02) 93853092.

Full payment can be made by cash, eftpos, postal money order or credit card - we cannot accept cheques.

Cash or eftpos payments can only be made in person at the Arc Graduation & Gift Store located on the ground level of the Morven Brown building at the top of the Basser steps.

Credit card payments can be made either in person, online or by faxing your form to 9385 7678.

Telephone and email orders cannot be accepted.

PLACE YOUR ORDER ONCE ONLY unless requested by Arc staff. Placing it more than once could result in a double charge.

Cash, eftpos and money order customers MUST LEAVE $150 DEPOSIT WHICH MUST BE IN CASH when you collect your Academic Dress, which is fully refundable when the gown is returned in good condition.

Credit card customers acknowledge that their credit card will be debited with the replacement cost should they fail to return the dress.

Fax and money order orders will be confirmed within five (5) working days by email. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND CLEARLY WRITTEN.

ACADEMIC DRESS COLLECTION

All gowns are to be collected from Pavilions - the rear of THE JOHN CLANCY AUDITORIUM three (3) hours prior to graduation with THE EXCEPTION OF THE 10am SESSION. Graduates attending this session must pick up their dress TWO (2) hours prior to the ceremony.

NOTE: If you are unable to collect your academic dress in person, please send your student card and a letter of authorisation with the person who is picking it up on your behalf.

DRESSING ON GRADUATION DAY

Arc Graduation & Gift Store staff will provide assistance with your academic dress prior to the ceremony.

RETURN OF ACADEMIC DRESS

Academic dress must be returned no later than two (2) hours after the ceremony has finished to the rear of the JOHN CLANCY AUDITORIUM. A daily penalty rate will apply to all late returns.
